Refund policy
Each Fjarils item is made individually for the customer when they place their order. Because of this, Fjarils provides credit toward future purchases for returned items and no refunds. All returns must be approved and have a return code provided by the Fjarils customer service department to be eligible for a credit toward future purchases.
Upon receiving an approved return code, we will direct the customer to what address to return their item. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
