Shipping policy

Customers will choose their method of shipping and the shipping costs will be calculated.  All shipping costs will be paid at checkout. So, although all shipping costs are extra they will be calculated and included* at the time you pay, the amount dependent on which shipping method you select.

Prints are shipped with tracking numbers when possible.

*This does not include any tariffs or duty fees which are not included in the price of your package. Any additional fees outside of the initial purchase price are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Packaging

Art Prints are packaged and shipped directly by Fjarils. Home Decor and Fashion items are shipped and packed using external warehouses. All of our artwork, both original and prints are shipped unframed. Why? Everyone has different tastes and interiors. We would prefer you have a frame that suits you best, rather than choosing or providing one for you that might not suit perfectly. Each print has a label on the back with details about the artwork.

We try to create prints and artwork that will fit easily into standard-size frames. Sometimes the artistic process can't be constrained, though, and some prints will need custom framing. We will make the dimensions of your print and mat clear before you make your purchase.

Please send or upload photos of the frames you choose to use! We love to see our client's choices. In the case of original artwork, a certificate is included for insurance purposes and both the label and artwork are signed by the artist.  All artwork is wrapped in acid-free paper before shipping, to protect it. Buying art is always fun and we hope you enjoy seeing your prints daily or gifting them, as much as we enjoy making them for you.
